At Rostoko Store, we work to process and ship orders as clearly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Information page explains our shipping area, handling time, delivery estimates, and other important shipping details related to purchases made through rostoko.com.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT).

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be treated as received on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders are generally delivered within 7–9 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Shipping Fee

We apply a flat shipping fee of $4.99 on orders shipped within the United States.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

While we do our best to meet the stated delivery estimates, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • other unforeseen logistics issues

Rostoko Store is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our direct control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help customers review shipment status when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist where appropriate.
